Build a neighbourhood-scale messaging surface that doesn't sell its members to advertisers. The LA circle is prototyping a Nextdoor-style app on top of Waku and Codex with strict membership scoping per block.
Digital ID Replacement
Map a credible alternative to the UK's proposed digital identity scheme: minimum-disclosure credentials for age, address, and employment that don't pool data into one government surface. Output is a position paper plus a reference wallet flow for circle members to pilot.
Digital Escape Egress
Document and ship a portable migration kit for builders relocating away from surveillance-heavy jurisdictions: backed-up identity, reproducible dev environments, and continuity of online presence on Logos infrastructure.
