Attack Resistant Public Registries

Public registries — DNS, package indexes, software bills of materials — are repeatedly captured by the entities that operate them. We are funding work on registry primitives that any Logos community can stand up: a Codex-backed key/value store, signed updates, multi-witness attestation, and clear capture-resistance guarantees with a published threat model. Deliverables: spec, reference implementation, integration guide for at least one of {DNS, package index, software attestations}.
