About
Mutual aid is the oldest financial primitive there is, and the one most poorly served by mainstream DeFi. A Community Bank module would let a Circle pool stable-currency contributions, vote on loan disbursements, and settle repayments — all without exposing individual members' balances. Reference: ROSCAs and credit unions translated into Logos primitives (Codex for ledgers, Waku for proposals, Logos privacy primitives for member balances).
