Bridge Attestation Monitor

Cross-chain bridges keep being the single largest source of stolen funds in the ecosystem, and the standard mitigation — multi-sig watchtowers — fails silently. A Logos-native monitor would track bridge state on every chain it touches, sign attestations to the live state, propagate them over Waku, and surface divergences in a public feed. Deliverables: monitor agents for the three most-used bridges, an attestation feed schema, and a dashboard.
